1. Interview an Industry Expert
Collaboration is a great way to expand your sphere of influence. It is also great if you choose a person in an adjacent industry such as landscaping, lending, or interior design. You can either sit down and have coffee with them (which would make a great video!) or simply send an email with questions for them to answer.
2. Respond to Other Blogs and Real Estate Publications
There is so much going on in the real estate blog world to keep yourself busy. Join the conversation. Imagine how many people would be interested in your blog if you published an article titled "Why I think the new NAR-logo is great, and definitely not a waste of money!". Adding an informed opinion on current real estate trends like Zillow purchasing homes can add some legitimacy to your site and online reputation.
3. What Questions Do You Get The Most?
Answer those in blog form! How do I get the most money out of selling my home? How do I get the seller to lower their asking price? What mistakes do most first time home buyers make? These are questions that real estate leads are asking google...imagine if your blog showed up in those search results!
