for 2nd Quarter 2018
Closed Sales were up 2.1% for Q2 2018.
There were 778 units closed compared to 762 in Q2 2017.
Cash sales decreased -2.7% compared to Q2 2017.
New Pending Sales were up 2%.
New Listings were up 8%.
Median Sales Price for Townhomes/Condos is up 12.5% to $180,000 compared to a year ago, when it was $160,000.
Months’ Supply of Inventory saw no change. It was 3.4 months in Q2 2018 and 3.4 months in Q2 2017.
Traditional Sales are up 3.5%, with a median sales price of $185,000.
Foreclosure/REO Sales are down -61.1% with a median sales price of $108,000.
Short Sale Closing statistics increased 100%, as there were two short sales in Q2 2018 with a median sales price of $127,500 and one in Q2 2017 with a median sales price of $39,000.
