 Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single family homes built 1997 to 2013 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurants options and entertainment. 

 

 

 

Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with it's location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470 and Denver International Airport.   Prices range from $320,000 to $800,000 and this neighborhood is located within the zip code of 80015.

Interesting to hear that your market is cooling, Joan, because I'm seeing the same thing in Sacramento. Buyers can bargain a little bit whereas that was completely impossible (on my listings anyway) for the past half dozen years.
