CRC (Continental Realty Corporation) acquired The Shoppes at Pelican Preserve from PGIM INC for $12.2 million dollars in August 2018. The 69,475-square foot shopping center is located at 10520 Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers, Florida
According to the Lee County Property Appraiser site, the center was constructed in 2007. It is positioned on approximately 18.4 acres of land fronting Colonial Boulevard and is anchored by a 51,000-square foot Winn-Dixie, as well as national tenants such as Pizza Hut and H&R Block.
Based on information provided by the CRC listing agents~Anthony Blanco and Lynn De Marco of The Shopping Center Group, the grocery-anchored asset was nearly 98% leased and occupied at the time of the purchase.
