must be able to track thousands of Property Owners and be able to find certain ones as well.
Ultimately I keep coming back to OnePageCrm for the following reasons.
1. Price 12 bucs yet has more features than any other Crm
2. Design simple all in one page ( does not get carried away with useless features, the undoing of most Crm products)
3. The best Google Contact integration, you want to add someone to your phone or google contacts book, push a button and done, keep the rest in your crm
4. Format your notes!!
5. Call Counter, keeps track of how many calls you making ( this is simply Awesome if you prospect or have a set amount you want to call per day)
6. Email Merge up to 200 at a time
7. Great sorting of Tags ( many Crms fall short on this)
8. Skpe click to dial integration
9. Best Support, phone, email, chat and also they physically helped me with my import!! Involved splitting excel imports and saved me some major hassles
10. Notes and Calls organized in one section
11. Mail Chimp List integrated and synced natively
12. Drag Pdf files directly into Notes!! ( this one saves me time!!!)
13. Action Stream a novel way of displaying your to do list like GTD style and can put tasks there too, you know what you have to do at all times!

Ok nothing is perfect!
1. One Page Crm does not have Universal Searching, I would have to say this is the biggest missing feature.

2. Would be nice to have a separate location for File Attatchments vs within the Notes Also to be able to label the Notes after you attach them
Overall this is the most accomplished, functional, affordable Crm I have tested suitable for a Real Estate Agent or other Sales Person especially involved in Outreach and Building Relationships. 8.5 out of 10!
