The real estate market landscape is always changing. All the changes have an impact on future value. In working with my clients I have a long view of our local market landscape. Buying, leasing or selling real estate has life long implications economically and for family lifestyle. Over a decade ago we successfully navigated the turn in markets in Phoenix and Las Vegas. We were able to be successful because we had a longrange view of the real estate landscape and we made our decisions to buy, sell and lease way ahead of the market turns. I am not saying we could have predicted the crash in those markets, I just saying we saw the changing face of the maket landscape and acted quickly.
