Hi Nina- there's something fun about eating food that is served from a truck!  We have them here more and more!  I looked at all of the trucks listed and I could the crab and Blushing Bakeshop caught my eye.

Kathy Streib hi Kathy... I think food trucks have become a bit of a cult here in the Charlotte area. We had one for our grandson's graduation from Colorado State in Ft Collins in May and everyone loved it.

Sally K. & David L. Hanson hi Sally and David... as many restaurants as close their doors here, new ones are always popping up. But we have a few, as well, that have added trucks that roll into various parts of town. This food truck concept seems to have taken off like mad everywhere.

That looks like a ton of fun. In downtown we have Bleu Gardens which is an outdoor beer hall with rotating food trucks. For yours The Blushing Bakeshop caught my eye.

We'd be standing in lines with the other AR members at this wonderful food and music festival. Baltimore Crab Cakes and the Blushing Bakery, are the food trucks we'd be visiting first. I really don't eat baked goods, but that is one enticing name. :)
