Joe Pryor good morning, Joe... when they first started building Ardrey some 15 years ago, it took the concept a bit of time to "take off." I sold one of the first houses they built here. But when the concept took off, it went crazy and they couldn't build them fast enough! Unfortunately, there's not any land left in south Charlotte to build another one of these.

Joan Cox thanks, Joan. I don't know if you know, but I live in Ardrey... when the community was being built it was aiming for a specific demographic--mostly empty nesters. But because it was priced so much lower than comparably sized, semi-custom single family homes in Ballantyne that had larger yards, about 35% of our residents are families with kids... because of the price point.
