Just a win win Warwick home buy for my buyers in a multi bid situation that was just right for them. A wonderfully laid out 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch with open kitchen and dining area, living room with some water views. A wonderful neighborhood that fits well for these home buyers because location is what it is all about when buying a home.
