With only five months in our office, Leon Fruchtzweig has already taken three listings! He continually lead generates during the early morning hours - showing us all that with hard work and undeterred focus – it can be done.

What’s your name? Where were you born? Any previous jobs and hobbies?
My name is Leon Fruchtzweig and I was born in Long Island, NY. I spent most of my time working as a coordinator and supervisor for one of the largest Kosher Supervisions. What I enjoy doing most? I love spending time with my family, being out by the seashore, and touring new places.
What was your lowest point in real estate?
Sometimes, it felt harder than usual. Putting in months and months of hard work - lead generating and planting seeds without seeing any results - is never easy.
What was your most rewarding real estate moment?
It’s always funny working with difficult clients. I love getting multiple offers above asking price then having them refer me to others.
What motivates you?
I like to dream of a bright future for myself and for my family. An ideal situation would be to also have ability to help others.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
It would be great to have a business based off of referrals and repeat clients. I’d also love to coach others and helping others grow their real estate business!
What’s the BEST thing about being a part of Keller Williams Realty Empire, Brooklyn, NY?
I really value the family feeling we have in Brooklyn. It’s also nice getting support from everyone in the office.
The amazing coaching and classes they offer is definitely a part of it. Above all, it’s great to work with many of Brooklyn’s top realtors and brainstorm with them.
