OMG..how did I miss this post??? I'm so glad that Kathy Streib featured it in her "Ah-ha" moments for the week. I love it! The video is wonderful and the music is sensational flowing so smoothly with your messages and photos. What a brilliant collaboration with marti garaughty ! Your quote was right on and I like one you also used in the video...If not now...when? One of the economists I follow in Austin has been saying this about buyers buying and its so true. Some think waiting will find them making a better deal but as interest rates creep up and house prices rising..not going to happen especially with 151 people a day moving here.

The If Not Now When quote came from a client who explained his custom home desires to his Rabbi. That was the response. And that project never moved forward. So it is the first time I thought I would use it. If you wait too long, the moment may pass. Hope things continue to go great for you in Austin!
