LocalTel Communications is my internet and TV services provider. They also offer phone and security services for residential and business customers. The "Local" part of their name means they are a local business, not a national company.
When it was time to change service providers I decided to go with LocalTel for my service provider for three main reasons.
#1 I like supporting local businesses.
#2 I thought I could save money by changing to LocalTel
#3 I had heard good things about their customer services.
As it turns out, I didn't save money because I have added some additional premium services since I signed up. I'm actually paying about 15% more than I was with my last provider.
Will I ever change. No! Why? Because their customer service is amazing. I have never had to hold more than 30 seconds when I have called with an issue. These issues are usually my fault for pushing the wrong button on my remote and not being able to figure out what I did. They are always extremely friendly and efficient in getting me back on track.
Good customer service is worth a lot to me. So, if you think money is the only thing your prospects and clients care about... Think Again!
