Here are the 3 things ALL buyers should do while on their home search....
BEFORE they submit an offer!
These could be deal breakers and so easily checked.
1.Check cell service throughout the home.
2.Water pressure, Run a shower and a sink in another room..Still have good pessure? Try flushing a commode..
3.Commute time in real world time. ( yes , you may need to get up extra early to see what traffic is like when you normally go to work or school)
Repeat for time after work
While these may seem petty to some, they are key to many , and it is an easy thing to check.
