While walking our chocolate lab, Zeke, this morning at the park, I had to stop and take a double look a this old tree trunk that was once a beautiful tree.  Looking at the piece of wood reminded me of an alligator.  Can you see the the form of an alligator. This could be a piece of art ... or maybe not!  Happy Wednesday!!

Rebecca,

I love this type of find, and we always wonder what those stumps look like.  With the high tides we have been having the ocean is spewing up all kinds of wood.  A

Yep I can see it and yes it would make a neat piece of art. Did Zeke bark at it?

I see it as well Rebecca.  I think it could scare me if it was at dusk and I wasn't expecting it.

I definitely see the aligator, Rebecca!  I can imagine after rains, when th wood is damp and dark, it would be especially vivid.

I see your alligator. When I lived on the Reservoir, a log was floating along the bank and I swear it scared me so bad I turned around and ran back inside. Nature can play tricks on us at times.
