Congratulations on a well deserved featured post. I would have loved to been in your class. Your students were lucky to take such a relevant class on True Business and the way it should always be practiced. The truths of how we as agents should always practice real estate is important, never so important now with out industry being attacked from so many places to gain a piece of the pie.

Excellent list to post on one's desk! I was somewhat disappointed however, to discover there was no reference regarding continuing EDUCATION. I have been at this business for a while and I get the feeling that today, a great number now practicing this profession, tend to ignore the need to continuously educate themselves so as to communicate intelligently while conducting business. Nobody is perfect......but I think a great many today, believe that once they pass a real estate license exam, the need to study and expand their knowledge on a continuing basis.........is over!    

Great advice.  This should be part of all new agent training.  While it is good to know the process, what form to use and basic rules, many people seem to lack the "common sense" needed to be the like of agent we would love to do a cross-deal with often.

Sarcasm not allowed.  That would be nice if everyone could stick to that, or at least be friendly with their sarcasm instead of using it to undermine and criticize.
