I have an 80 year old client who loves to invest in real estate. Not only has he done quite well with me (we are doing our 16th Space Coast transaction) he also enjoys the process and likes to do some of the upgrades himself (yes, 80 years old and doing the work himself...not a mistake!).
He called me about a month ago and let me know he wanted to add another property to his portfolio. I found a great little condo that needed nothing in terms of upgrades. It has a new kitchen, all new appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, newer hard surface flooring throughout and a great location near everything.
We closed today and are about to get on the market for lease (watch for the upcoming "for lease" post :):):)).
The condo is a good sized 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with a dining room/family room condo. It has a screened in back patio that includes bonus storage space. The master bedroom suite includes his/hers closets and new flooring! The complex offers a sparkling pool, a clubhouse with meeting room and pool tables and a shuffle board court!
