This is my final market report as this is my final day as a licensed Realtor. I am going into semi retirement and will no longer have access to MLS market data to make these reports.

This week there were 20 homes sold (closed) in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot. A look at the Red chart below shows there were 46 closings overall to include all properties in our MLS. Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 101 compared to last weeks 73 days. Over all homes much slower but for more money per square foot this week.
The chart above is the total MLS activity for the week. This includes ALL types of properties as well as all cities in our MLS. The chart below is very restrictive as explained below.
Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 20 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $510,000. and it was on the market for 55 days. The least expensive home sold for $35,000. and it was on the market for 77 days. Average days on market for the 20 homes sold was 101 days. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $105.04 (compared to $88.21 last week).
