Neighborhoods in Evergreen, CO

Evergreen, CO is a great mountain town just west of Denver. With its close proximity to the ski resorts and Denver it makes it a very desirable and sought after area for homes and real estate. Just like any area Evergreen is thought of as having a norht and a south. The north side is for people that commute to Denver or ski all the time because of its easy access to I70. The south side is more for people that want a little more land and maybe have horses.

Norht Evergreen neighborhoods are usually the ones that have the homes that sell a little faster. There is a big draw for Hiwan. Hiwan has many different style homes and different price ranges. It was built in multiple phases by multiple developers so you can still see uniqueness in Hiwan homes. Hiwan also sports Hiwan Country Club and has one of the best golf courses around. Another great subdivision on the north side of Evergreen is Soda Creek. Soda creek is beutiful and has some of the most amazing homes in Evergreen. Many of them also allow for hourses.

For the folks that like it a little less crowded and don't mind a couple extra minutes on their commute, South Evergren is the area for you! One of the best horse neighborhoods in Evergreen is Hangen Ranch. A great area with a bunch of land and near open space to ride your horses. Although each neighborhood in Evergreen is unique and has its own charm and appeal the buyer will need to choose the right one for them.
