Fall seems to have come out of nowhere. The heat wave of the last few months have just become a distant memory as the daily temperatures struggle to break past 70 degrees. In Aurora property management, this is a welcome shift in the year. We can turn our attention to the winterizing of the sprinkler systems in the next month. The rain each day is a nice and welcoming event as well. The summer is usually very warm and dry, but these late showers help to keep up with the grass before they go dormant. Anyone who had to deal with the heat wave or an AC system going out this summer is welcoming the fall with open arms. Fall is generally a beautiful time in the city with the yellow leaves just beginning to pop. WE recommend driving up and down some of our city streets, especially in Denver, to see the yellow canopies begin to form. The mature trees that line many throughout fares are adhere own version of tree peeping. No need to go all the way to the mountains to see them, unless you would like to. We also recommend that if you are making the pilgrimage to the mountains to see the leaves, that you should consider going now. They won’t be 100% yellow, but there is enough change to make the trip worth it. Soon everyone will be there, and it will be crowded and there will be traffic on your return visit. Anyone who has gotten stuck in that sort of traffic on I-70 will attest to that.
