These days it's harder and harder to make a case for traditonal print marketing. If you ask anybody "when was the last time you bought something because of a billboard?" they'll have to think a little before answering. If you ask the same person "when was the last time you bought something because you saw it on social media?...they'll quickly remember somebody post that caused them to visit a restaurant or look into a smartphone accessory.
Now the question is....do door hangers work?
We would argue, yes. There is still a viability to traditional marketing. Paired with fantastic interpersonal skills on a door knocking session, there is still potential.
When you design your door hanger correctly, and tie it directly to your online presence you can still nurture these prospects into real estate leads. A strong call to action such as "See what your home is worth! Visit www.mywebsite.com!" can convert strangers to clients.
So what do you think? Do you still use door hangers? Have you gotten calls or emails from them?
