What a rainy week-end! Hudson's Birthday party was Friday night and had a great time celebrating his sixth year! The rain let up for the UT football game Saturday night..... 37-14 over USC! Our new wood floors are installed and glad that project is behind us..what a mess! The house is almost put back together..worked on it most of Saturday while negotiating repairs on a listing and helping a new agent negotiate a contract! Sunday the rain stopped just before my open house but still kept quite a few people away.

Did you know that the state of Texas is the 10th largest economy in the world? Even larger than Russia!
