Super excited to have just passed my one year anniversary...that means I only have 2 years until I'm fully vested in the Company and could consider retiring. I will have enough stocks both by company contributions and my own interest plus I will have enough cash flow to pay my mortgage, my monthly bills ......and than some.
As we continue to foster our relationships and share our excitement and stories those agents that are open minded enough will listen to our business plan and consider it as one of the most...if not the most ingenious brokerages in modern times...yes. I said 'modern' times.
It's pretty cool when I can go to work all dressed up but ....not really....I'm in th Cloud so I'm sitting here learning from Top Top Mega Super Star Agents...in Say New York or Florida 
or Georgia...
The old business model is a dinasaur...dead...poof...and ... well, maybe not just yet but it certainly is headed that way. I feel great about the shifts in the market headed our way...I'm well positioned, ready for it...bring it....
So in case you have been hearing all the buzz on say Inman News or Glass Door or maybe you watch the Stock Market but just haven't made that move yet...perhaps it's time. Time to listen.
