Monmouth New Jersey is a beautiful area with historic Battlefields and vibrant bedroom communities for many that still work and commute to the Big Apple. My cousin and her family recently moved in after living in Brooklyn, NY for decades. Their home and neighborhood is lovely with spacious backyards, swimming pools and a home with the widest upstairs hallways and bedrooms I've ever seen. But don't worry, Maryland has plenty of that as well. Given a 45 minute commute radius of APG, you'll find amazing neighborhoods and options from super rural to urban and upscale communities. Contact me so we can begin your home search within your ideal neighborhood.
I can't say much for Redstone Arsenal, AL other than watching the Crimson Tide play in the Swamp at the Unversity of Florida was some of the best football I've ever seen. Welcome to Maryland. Let's find you a home.
Ft. Huachuca, AZ is famous for many things including unmanned drone surveillance/attack planes and for being a long long way off the beaten path. In my other life I worked for a global supply chain company that handled many logistical solutions in and out of Ft. Huachuca. So neighbors, come on up to Maryland and let's get you moved in.
All I have to say about Alexandria, VA is two words..."Murphy's Pub". We've got a similar charm in areas such as Mt. Washington or Annapolis and Canton/Fells Point. I've got you covered as well. Welcome to Maryland.
My younger sister and her husband live in Columbus, OH. She's finishing up her PhD in Developmental Psychology at Ohio State. I won't make any more Florida Gator references after this I promise, but I'm one Gator that would be happy to show your family some Maryland hospitality. Give me a call and we'll find your new home. Virginia has Langley and Maryland has the NSA. The two go hand in hand. Maryland has a lot to offer.
Kentucky has the Derby and Baltimore has the Preakness. If you like living near horse farms and vineyards, have I got the perfect town for you. Let's talk.
One of my first jobs in high school was working for a now defunct clothing store at the local mall with a location in Falls Church, VA. I had to make that drive every now and then to exchange inventory. If you like Falls Church you'll like Bel Air.
Texas, Texas, Texas...The nicest letter I ever got from a graduate school admissions board came from the University of Texas at Austin, "the live music capital of America". Well, I'm not sure exactly why its named the way it is but we've got a little portion of Baltimore County just north of Timonium and South of Hunt Valley named Texas. Maybe you'll like the surrounding area. We can work it out together.
Ft. Belvoir and Forrest Glenn Annex, I really think you won't mind the hop skip and jump to Baltimore, Harford, and Cecil Counties. Cecil County has waterfront and golf course communities within a short commute of APG and Harford and Baltimore Counties can put you on intersate 95 in minutes.
