Buffini's Lead Generation Kit

My name is Heidi Tourangeau and I am an Certified EcoBroker® REALTOR® for Keller Williams Realty Sonoran Living.

Today I signed up for Buffini's Lead Generation Kit and am very excited to get started...wish it were on my front door now! I've been going back and forth for over a year about whether or not to front the cost for the program, which in the grand scheme of things, isn't a lot. At this point, having been an agent for almost two years and now deciding to be a Realtor, the $99 a month is enough to cause me a bit of pain and force me to act on the advice and assistance that Buffini will provide me.

You might ask, how is being an agent different than being a Realtor? I got my license to assist with my investments...no Realtor fee, more money for me :) The past few months, however, I've decided that I want to be a Realtor and work for others in finding primary and secondary homes and assist them in making the homes healthy to live in...so now, I'm a Realtor :)

I am going to track and document my journey with the Buffini method, I've committed a year, but I have no doubt I'll go longer!

If there are ever any questions regarding the Buffini program or the EcoBroker Certification program, please don't hesitate to ask - like others on this site, I'm willing to share what little knowledge I have and explore new ideas :)

Heidi,

As long as you follow the system and focus on your daily assignments, the program will excel you to new and better levels.  Try to get to a Turning Point in your area, and soon!  Once you move up into Clubnet, you'll have more advantages with the system and our members.  Our Clubnet Group Meetings are awesome!

Fran,

Some advice please, I received my Blue Box yesterday and am EVER so excited!! In the box is the 1st Item of Value and the letter you are to send with it. My question is, I know the letters are downloadable and I know there is an Intro letter you can send to your clients introducing the program...do you send the intro letter and then the CAP letter with the Item of Value or do you send ALL three at one time?

Any thoughts or recommendations on what to do first? I am watching the video and listening to the tapes today and tomorrow and getting the assistive/tracking materials put up on my walls and printing off the letters and I am also attending a ClubNet Regional meeting (I pay $35 to join) but am now curious, am allowed to attend? It is allowing me to register...I am also going to a training camp here in Phoenix, in August. Turning Point and Mastermind, regretfully, will have to wait until it is more financially feasable; but I am not worried about the IF I will attend, merely the WHEN :)

I appreciate your time and your blogs and your tremendous giving spirit! I look forward to achieving similar successes as you and can only hope that I am half as giving of myself as you are to this group.

Hi Hedi,

I'm not Fran but I think that for the 1st mailing you can send the letter of introduction along with the CAP item.  

Have you sorted your database yet?  If you qualify the people and ask them if they'd like to receive the item of value, you might not need to send out the intro letter.

FYI-there will be a Turning Point in Phoenix in November.  If you know someone that's a Clubnet member, they can refer you and you can get a discount....as a matter of fact, now you do  :)  Let me know if you want to be referred

I would just send the CAP along with the intro letter. It's also not too late to use an idea from last month's Lead Generation kit. I bought 100 sheets of 1 cent stamps and sent them in order to help people out with the new postal rate incrase. You'd be amazed at how many people didn't even know that postage rates went up! It went over very well. 2 of the teacher's aides at my children's scholl came over at a recent field trip and thanked me for them. It's good to know things are being opened!

Heidi, It's me, really:)  Nice to see that our clubnet members have all jumped in to help you!  It is always like that:)  If you are receiving the blue referral box, you are offered discounts for the Turning Points, so are the 100 Days Students and Mentors, and free admission to the Training Camps.  As far as Clubnet, you can only attend those functions, small groups, regional meetings and the mixer on night one of the Turning Point, when you are a Clubnet Member.  These are some of our perks for belonging to Clubnet.  They wouldn't check your name, it is an honor system:) Not to mention, there are lots of Clubnet Members who attend.  The meetings ROCK!

If you haven't sent out your cap items yet, I would definitely send the intro letter, not the letter that accompanies the cap item.  You'll do fine, just trust the system.  As you can see from all the responses you got, our Clubnet community is full of good people.   Always willing to help.  If you need me in the future, send me an email, I check that a few times each day.  frokicki@aol.com  or give me a call, anytime:) 860-646-3455
