Fall is a GREAT time to sell your home! It's a "Cozy" time of year that will make your home feel even more inviting with a few of these helpful tips. 
- Don't "over decorate" for the Holidays (ie: Halloween and Thanksgiving). Instead add subtle touches of Fall. For example, changing out flowers in a vase or changing your wreath on your front door to a more Autumn one vs. just regular flowers. If you must decorate for specific holidays, keep it simple and don't over do it with too many decorations.
- If your home has a fireplace, make it a focal point by having the furniture arranged in a way that compliments "gathering around a cozy fire".
- Have a subtle "scent of the season"! Not overpowering with "plug-in's" in every room, but a "hint of Fall" would be nice.
- Make sure your "throws" and "pillows" are warm and inviting and Fall colors.
- If you have an outdoor living space, definitely put an extra focus on the fact that there is "year-round outdoor living".
- You can even have a plate of some nice Fall Cookies like "Snickerdoodles" and maybe some cider for your prospective buyers to want to stay a little longer!
Remember .. clean and simple is always best! But don't think just because it's the Holidays that you can't decorate at all or that it's a bad time to sell your home. Anytime of year can be the "right" time ... you just have to plan and prepare for it!
