South Carolina Botanical Garden
There is this beautiful gem located in Clemson, SC that is the South Carolina Botanical Garden. Located at Clemson University at the intersection of Highway 76 and Pearman Boulevard, is open, and FREE to visit year round, Dawn to Dusk.
With 300-acres of beautiful vistas to capture the imagination and inspire the mind. Flowers, plants, garden "rooms", Formal, Informal, water gardens, woodland, ponds, walking trails and structures around every corner. The Bob Campbell Geology Museum showcases minerals, gems, and fossils from around the world.

Weddings are held year round in the gardens. Schools bring classes to the gardens for field trips. The calendar of events at the gardens is always great for finding the time to learn something new. This is a classroom with no walls, and educational programs available to all age groups.
