Does anybody keep an "Open House Kit" in their car just in case they arrive at the open house and something goes wrong that needs to be quickly patched? Or maybe you left the house and realized you left something important?

Here is What We Recommend to Keep in Your Kit:

1. Office Supplies

You never know when you will need an extra pen, or piece of paper.

2. Small Tool Kit

Screwdrivers, measuring tape, pliers, etc. All these items will come in handy in a pinch!

3. Marketing Materials

Business cards and flyers! Keeping it in a kit will make it readily available, especially if you are not at open house...maybe you meet somebody at a grocery store?

4. Light Bulbs

Just in case one of lights go out.

5. Cleaning Supplies

Clorox wipes, latex gloves, febreeze. You never know when a house you step into is presentable or not. Cleaning supplies will add that extra touch.

Is there anything on this list that we missed? Let us know!

And if you want a more successful open house, here are 5 tips you can use!
