High Touch personalized service cannot  be replaced by High Tech..






My customers seem to like the good old fashioned personal service which I continually strive to provide.  I think more and more, people are craving more personalized service and attention. They want to feel special, and not to be "just another number".  

In the world of Real Estate, I feel it's even more important. High Tech is good up to a point, but people are people and they like being treated like they are valued.

My advice is to always try to give your customers much more than they expect.  Thank them for their business, and always provide the "personal touch".

I have been preaching this forever.  In 2013, we were invited to Paris to participate at  a Luxury Conference which included the top luxury brands from LVMH, and other International famous brands, and that was the subject of discussion.  The big brands could not stand the whole Internet thing, so we all agreed that High Touch could never be replaced by High Tech.  A

Joyce personal and professional service has always been our business model and always will be.  All the techie stuff in the world doesn't trump one on one service. Sure we use all the tech tools but that doesn NOT create and maintain long term relastionships. Some of our clients have been with us the entire time I've been in business 30 years. That's personal service with consistent 'soft' touches from us all along the way.

Excellent points! High tech is a big part of our lives and businesses, and appreciated by many, but given that I think high touch - calls, in person, cards - is becoming even more relevant and valued by consumers.
