I just started a new Facebook Group called Real Estate Information and Referrals. The basic concept is to invite Real Estate Agents, Brokers, other professionals, and of course the general public to the group. The general public can view your posts and see if you have the information and skills they are looking for. People link to your personal page, and you get a FREE lead. You can also post your referrals on the site or look for an Agent in a different state. I am working on a list and will have it added in a few weeks. As soon as we get enough Agents in the Group.
Does it work? I didn't expect anything to work on Facebook. There is way too much on that site and the Internet in general to get noticed. In one day the group exceeded 100 members. I got 2 new leads and I got 2 questions on my listings. I’ve never seen anything work like that before.
We are going to restrict the number of Agents per state. So get your spot in soon. And we are looking for professional agents dedicated to growing their own business without relying on 3rd parties to sell them leads. This Group is designed to get you those leads and keep you in front of the people you are already working with. There are of course a few rules in the group. You can read them on the site.
Join the group. Invite your friends. Remind them you are in the business of finding homes, selling homes, and you have the right answers. The answers they are looking for. And we also help educate other Real Estate Agents. Also invite your best Lenders, Title Companies, Inspectors, contractors, and everyone else you network with.
