Mornings at Sloan’s Lake in Denver can be a tranquil experience. A lot of the surrounding residents have not yet begun to roam the streets, the last bits of night are releasing their grip and the morning commuters are preparing to line up in a queue to brave the traffic of I-25 to get to work. A city that has not quite woken up fully, but don’t let that fool you. There are plenty of things to do at 6:00am for all the early riser’s in the city. In Denver property management we cannot start the day at 6:00am as much as we would like to. We operate inside normal business hours like most companies, due to the already high volume of calls fielded throughout the day, every day. If you are the type to accomplish more before 9:00am than most people, the Alchemy 365 group at Sloan’s Lake will likely seem appealing to you. This is a free event at the lake that spans from 6:00am to 6:40am daily. If you are familiar with Alchemy 365 they are a great fitness instruction class who rotates where they offer their early morning classes for all the early risers out there.

What are these classes? Glad you asked! A10s/A20s are Alchemy’s bread and butter. We combine yoga, strength and conditioning in the most unexpected and refreshing way. Warm-up with power yoga, enter 10 (A10) or 20 (A20) minutes of bodyweight high intensity, and finish with yoga cool-down. Show up antsy? Maybe. Leave feeling more alive? Definitely. Class is free for all and all levels are welcome. No need to pre-register, simply bring your crew and show up. Bring your own mat and get ready to Pursue Your Legend.”
