AR Members Providing Suggestions for Open House Flyers

I went to Active Rain's Q&A section and posted the following question on September 15:

"I need to make a flyer for an open house. Does anyone know a site that would be easy to make flyers and have a PDF file made? Thanks,"

The AR members did not disappoint me. I received many suggestions. Below is a list of sites to go to if you are in the need for flyers:

Paperblast.com - (just added per Nina Hollander)

So, after checking out the sites, I chose Canva. It was very easy. Below is my flyer for tomorrow's open house. I have to do another Open House for The Retreat on October 7th and will be using Canva again. The flyer was sent to the Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce. They did an email blast (e-blast) to all 3100 members. Each real estate office is allowed one e-blast a month for $25.00. The flyer had to be in pdf format, once the Chamber office receives the flyer, they put it in jpg.format and added my link for more information,

Good morning, Rebecca... nice of you to compile this list as there are many who never go to the Q&A section of the Rain. I love using publisher and fortunately can make color copies at my office at no charge... so for me a quick flyer is easy. By the way, if you design a flyer, you can have it printed and delivered quickly at a very low cost by Paperblast.com. I know I suggest Breakthrough Broker the other day, but totally forgot about Paperblast.

Thank you so much for aggragating this list! I used Publisher when I was working but I know there are a lot more options now. I designed my own and let a preferred lender print them for me, in exchange for a small mention in the flyer.
