A Realtor, home stager and Inspector walk into a bar...
They all order a drink. The Realtor says, “Why do I need a home stager?” The NJ home stager says, “Why do homeowners need a Realtor?” The inspector says, “Every home needs an inspection so why the hell am I here?? The Realtor and Stager say, “Who invited you?” The inspector bored out of his mind downs another shot and calls an Uber. 
The Realtor and Stager drink their Margaritas. The Realtor goes on to say, “Every buyer needs professional guidance navigating the turbulent waters of selling. We provide everything from listing the house at the right price, a professional MLS presentation, our pool of potential buyers and negotiating the best price for our client.”
They order another drink.
The stager replies, “We are the experts on beautifully staging homes to target your buyer demographic and appeal to the widest range of buyers. This translate to better MLS photos and more foot traffic for a faster sale at the optimal price."
They order another drink and are feeling no pain.
The Realtor comments, "I see how your NJ home staging services can help my client and take the burden off of me delivering the laundry list of projects they need to complete before their home hits the market.
The stager says, "And you help me by introducing your clients to me, creating more staging opportunities. Everybody wins!"
They order a shot of Tequila and toast to teamwork.
They stagger out of the bar, exclaiming, “I love you, man!”
