Your success in real estate starts with the right mindset. This is s short inspirational video that will motivate you to succedd. It all starts with a successful, abundant mindset! If you're too tight with your money, you leave in the world of "not enough" - stress, struggle, poverty, and being broke. I know because for a very long time struggled with the same issue. I tip according to the service.  Sometimes it is not so good and other times it is above expectations and rewarded as so

I agree Borino - The Real Estate Coach that we should think abundantly. Being too scared and too tight about money doesn't really help and this mindset should be changed.

About tipping, I have no problem with tipping as long as the service is great!
