Yes, I agree Hella M. Rothwell, Broker/Realtor®. And the new texting from your desktop features instead of only with thumbs on your smart phone makes this even easier. Also allows to cut and paste real estate information into a text much faster.

William Feela - Even email text gets written for you, not just have auto correction. It's a whole new world, and we just need to READ IT OVER before we punch that SEND button.

Lovely message from your client!  I text often as well and most of the time it works fine for short quick updates. But some folks think they can get a long drawn out contract information reply in a text. I've found that it gets lost in translation for most. Best to have a phone call or email to clarify.

And, like Jeff Masich-Scottsdale AZ Associate Broker,MBA,GRI mentioned, I've been using iMessages on my computer/laptop/iPad for years and absolutely love that I can drag an attachment so easily over to a message and also respond even quicker than I can on my phone! 

It's the 'responsive' in communication that seems to be what matters in today's world...for sure!

Rothwell, Broker/Realtor® !  And I'm with you, I think texting is a great way to get things done.  Especially today when we're inundated with email solicitations - this way I see the text and can answer quickly and efficiently.   And, I also enter agents names as contacts.  It makes it much easier.
