Palos Verdes homes sales in the Rolling Hills neighborhood for the first half of 2018 increased to 12 single family homes sold in 2018 compared to 10 in 2017.  Price per square foot for Rolling Hills houses that sold in the first half of 2018 decreased to $664 from $786 in 2017, a 15.4% decrease.  Average sales price for Rolling Hills homes sold in the first half of 2018 increased to $2,773,456 in 2018 compared to $2,772,750 in 2017.  The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Rolling Hills neighborhood was $5,000,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Rolling Hills was $1,650,000.

Currently, the Rolling Hills neighborhood has 23 Palos Verdes homes for sale.  There are 23 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,750,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,904 square foot home, to $9,599,000 for a 5 bedroom/8 bath, 8,250 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
