I'd like to hear your recommendations for a contact manager program, to include what you likes or dislike about the program. I'm curious if there is one out there which will meet all the needs of a Real Estate Agent. I know that I have seen several, some on the expensive side, others for free. Currently I am using the Business Contact Manager which came with my Outlook program.
