There are so many holidays and reasons to reach out to people and past clients. Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are the time to remember your past contacts and clients.

For Halloween, my office serves witches brew where every one brings a can of soup. Broker brings in a turkey. We also have a family gathering. That is also the time one does not want to help him selves with wild turkeys roaming around. You see them everywhere including downtown street.  Drivers do stop allow them to walk across the street. Sharing a good dish always brings the family together spirit up. Don't forget to walk and watch ones waist.

Thanksgiving-T'is is a time of celebrating mostly over our existence than business success. We are thankful that we never toil hardship unlike previous generations. We are thankful that dinner is always on the table and we have no known health issues. As the young generation have their children we are pleased to watch them growing up.  Our grand children remind us where tools are when we do not have the answers. Three year old can crack iPhone code and go take different videos with almost no guidance. Anything with a button they seem to figure out sooner than others.

             Wild Turkeys

Christmas- Every day we see people come and gone on earth. Greeting card mailing, thank people go out to friends, business associates, relatives. Send a soft touch that they are remembered and a quick 1 page letter of immediate family. We have so much to give and so little to get together.  For personal reason I am not in favor of those eCards and during or just after Thanksgiving time we did the mailing. Perhaps this is another way to get connected to those that I often do not see.

I often slip in a family photo from previous year Christmas. In this case it is just with my wife's side.Shuehs Xmas family photo

Holy guacamole, Sam, that's a BIG family!! Love your marketing ideas and comments about Thanksgiving. We ARE thankful for the food we have on the table each and every day. As to the 3-year olds cracking the phones, AMEN to that too!

Have a great week ahead, Sam!
