How long does it take to polish a concrete floor?
Concrete floor polishing is a step by step process. The first steps are to grind and hone the concrete from on average a 50 grit to 200 grit hone. After the surface is polished with a 150-200 grit, a concrete densifer is added to the floor. Then next set of grits get progressively finer achieving the desired levels of gloss. Depending on the size of the floor, the location of the project and the level of polish an average job is 2-3 days.
