Low Cost Trash Removal in Sacramento

By
Real Estate Agent with Lyon Real Estate BRE #00697006

Every 3 cubic yards of extra trash costs only $143.20 in Sacramento, apart from a base rate of $179 for the first 3 cubic yards of rubbish. The container itself is a bag and measures 30 inches high, 48 inches deep and 96 inches wide. That can hold a lot of stuff. Like up to 3,300 pounds of crap or 606 gallons.

You can thank Jeff Dowler in San Diego for first reporting on this low cost trash removal that is available in California. So I checked it out for my area in northern California. You may also read more in my personal blog today at this link: How to Order Small Dumpster Junk Removal in Sacramento.

Hi Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents I read Jeff's post and rather than rent a dumpster for my investment property to remove debris from outside, I'm going the bagster route!!

I don't know what the City of Minot charges but I believe it's less and yet we still complain about it Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents .

Hi Elizabeth- I too read Jeff Dowler, CRS 's post and love the idea of it. We were walking by a home in our neighborhood with a dumpster that's been in the driveway for about a week now. I'll bet they'd love to have known about these bags.

Barbara Todaro Yes, the Bagster is such a great idea I couldn't keep my mouth shut about it.

Bob "RealMan" Timm Well, we used to have "the claw" that the city sent out to shovel up debris in the streets of Sacramento, but now they only do that once a year, I think.

Kathy Streib If you have a lot of debris or trash, I imagine the Bagster is not your best route. You've got to keep the cost under $500 I suspect.

Thanks for the mention, Elizabeth. I bet area residents are glad to have this information! Nice to have options depending on how much junk and trash you have.

I like that idea a whole lot better than just hauling it to the curb, which often has restrictions on the amount, and what you can place there.

Myrl Jeffcoat I don't know about your neighborhood in Rancho Cordova but in Land Park, all I have to do is drag said furniture item to the street and before I turn around it is gone.
