In a business it seems that every agent seems almost the same, I would hope to stand out and above the crowd. That being said, I don't claim to be the end all be all. At this point in the reading, I am under the assumption that you have reviewed my professional biography and might think that you can get me, but there is most definitely more beyond the box.
I am one of those Western Danbury long term residents, born and raised here, but there's not as many of us as there used to be. In this town of 85,000 people, I am very well known-which can be tough because sometimes you just want to be alone.
I think staying relevant and fresh is important. On my way out & about, I somethings do a quick drive around neighborhoods that I haven't been in a while. If you are an old time resident like me, in Danbury, you tend to stick to the local shops, restaurants and services, rather than the big chains and I try to revisit local businesses. Many of my in-coming buyer clients ask for me recommendations,as they like to generally see Danbury,CT remain relatively different.
Growing up in Danbury offered me a unique experiences. Through we had opportunities to move to the suburbs or out of the area, my family decided to keep us here because they liked the diversity and environment. We did more around three times, but we always stayed in city limits. In high school, I competed on the nationally ranked cross country & track teams, in addition to serving as a class officer, section leader in band among other things. It was a good experience and generally speaking high school was more interesting than college in many ways. There's only a small group of us that actively get togehter in person from college, and I haven't been back to my alma mater in about six years but feel I need another visit soon.I'm non pretengious, not into fancy cars, big vacations, fancy homes or expensive meals out. I don't go into New York City very much or even Stamford, White Plains or Norwalk either.
When I am not busy with clients, I don't like keeping still. I usually hit the gym most days a week and have been doing it for about five years. I try to get out in the spring, summer and fall months at least one day a week for a hour or two outside. I'm not in the winter sports,so the winter months seem to drag on. As far as cuisine, I am kind of fussy with not eating red meat or drinking beer. I listen to almost all types of music. I like funny shows & movies when it's time to relax.I don't go out to the bars & clubs as much as I used to.I have found very limited opportunities to volunteer or further get involved in the community at this time.
I tend to be always right and I remember everything.I take pride in knowing all things about Danbury real estate and the community.I very much call it like I see it. I would also describe my role in the group of friends to be the wildcard-the good somewhat quieter one but you just never know when I'm gonna break out. I've always been pretty independent. I've basically always had a computer in my life.Nothing seems to surprise me. I feel that my unique perspective as a younger professional that is local to the area benefits incoming buyers as well as sellers. When it comes to real estate, I am your guy.
