Grant Schneider hi Grant... you make a good point. Our healthy economy in the Charlotte region is by no means hurting out housing market, but I hope to see a bit of balance sooner rather than later as many entry level buyers are getting priced out. And I like to think that all people who qualify should be able to buy their own home.

Joan Cox good morning, Joan... while it's nice for homeowners and sellers in Indian Trail to realize appreciation, it's also slowing down sales in a market that typically attracts a more "budget conscious" buyer.

Florence may have given those people thinking about moving to eastern NC pause for thought, but here in the Piedmont we had very little impact from Florence except for some heavy rain. And with all the jobs moving to the Charlotte region, people continue to move. Our problem is not people hesitating to move here... it's finding enough homes for them to live in.
