It looks like fall prices have been stable recently - although prices can vary depending on the upgrades in a particular unit or its location in the building and view.

Amenities at the Crescent Plaza
Condo fees include gas, heat, electric, air conditioning, common area maintenance, exterior building maintenance, lawn maintenance, management, master insurance policy, reserve funds, water and sewer, snow removal, trash removal, and exercise room.
Crescent Plaza was built in 2000, so the condos all have an open floor plan so popular these days.
