I am a full time licensed Broker who works in the South Cobb and South Fulton areas... I specialize in Mableton neighborhoods where the following call home - professional athletes, local celebs, TV and radio personalities, former state Governor Roy Barnes and everyday upwardly mobile suburbanites. I have practiced my craft since 1999 and after moving to Mableton in 2003, I have perfected the technique and skills it requires to sell a home in any market for South Cobb property owners. Although buyers are a bit easier to find, its important to find the "RIGHT" buyer, with the best financing, terms, conditions and work with appraisers to get the value your home is worth. Picking a weak buyer can be detrimental to your sales process. Setting a price too high will also kill your deal. Most sellers I work with easily beat the market but also understand the ground work that must be done prior to listing in order to have the best outcome. Most sellers at first are skeptical of the preparedness process and don't quite understand how buyer's think. Staging, great photography, marketing and effort are just the beginning.
