The Secret Chocolatier: Truffle Making Class

If you've answered yes to either or both of these questions, you should definitely think about attending the upcoming class on making chocolate truffles at The Secret Chocolatier in Charlotte. You'll learn how to make your own truffle ganache and how to infuse flavors into your truffles, as well as how to coat them.
The truffle making class will be held on Saturday, October 13th from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm at The Secret Chocolatier's shop located at 2935 Providence Road in Charlotte. The cost is $60. Because space is very limited you need to register in advance in person at The Secret Chocolatier or on line.
