I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and nice to review the numbers every month. For the month of September, there were two sales. First time we have seen an increase in inventory for this popular neighborhood For this size of neighborhood, we don't usually see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.
The average sale was $507,500, and sellers are seeing 100.46% to list price, which sure shows the desirability of this neighborhood. These homes were on the market for only 12 days, and we are seeing these days on market increase. (we are seeing the inventory increase across the Denver metro area, not just Greenfield)
