Boise ID real estate market is hot!. Home prices in Boise ID continued to rise last month. The median sales was $308,600 compared to $262,500 a year ago, increase of 17.6 percent. The growing demand for homes and high cost of new construction, thus higher prices of new homes, are the main reason for real estate price increases in Boise. Home prices in other parts of Ada County have also gone up. Eagle median price went up by 16.3 percent, Meridian by 21.8 percent, Star by 17.1 percent.
