As of 10/10/2018 there are currently only 14 listings in the Treasure Valley and surrounding counties that we service that are bank-owned properties for sale.
Foreclosures used to be in abundance here in the Treasure Valley, but as the economy has grown, the housing market has stabilized and then appreciated, foreclosures have become few and far between.
