Fischer Homes is about to run a 72 hour flash sale on Cincinnati market ready Fischer homes and northern Kentucky market ready homes that are ready for immediate occupancy or will be ready in the next 30-45 days.  Sale prices will be a minimum of $10,000 off the current price and up to $84,000 off!  Prices will be revealed 3 p.m. Friday October 12, 2018 and available for contract starting Saturday morning.  Click the link above to see the homes being offered for sale.

That's an awesome savings, Bill. It's a seldom seen inventory reduction sale on new home. I hope anyone in the market for new construction in these designated area  will contact you.

It is unusual for us to see this kind of discounting.  It's the time of year when things typically slow so I'm sure the builders are eager to get some of this inventory off their books.  I'm seeing another large builder conduct a sale also.
