Tomorrow starts the second weekend of the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association Parade of Homes. On Saturday and Sunday, October 13th-14th, homes are open again from noon until 5pm. This annual Charlottesville VA area event is a must for anyone planning a move, planning a remodel, or just plain interested in looking at houses (there's no shame in that!). It's Free and Open to the Public.
Last weekend, I used the app to find my way around the Parade homes. To find the Parade app, simply visit the App store and search for "Blue Ridge Home Builders Assocation Parade of Homes". I confess that I also picked up a good, old-fashioned magazine. You can find a magazine in Parade homes, or you can view it online.
The app is great for directions.

It's also really useful to have all the property information at your fingertips.

Whatever your plans this weekend, I hope that everyone has a chance to be outside and make the most of, what is forecast to be, beautiful Fall weather.
