Hi Uncle Charlie...

HI, Uncle Charlie...I am going to buy a house and was wondering if

 you could recommend a Realtor.

 

YOU DON'T NEED A REALTOR!!!  I  will tell you everything you know!

 

This scenario plays out all the time, although it may be uncle Fred or the neighbor over the back yard fence!

Real Estate regulations are so different from town to town that you NEED someone who knows the ins and outs.

Even in the last year there has been changes that I have had to deal with.

 

Not hiring a Professional could cost you dearly.

Would uncle Charlie pay for the mistake?

Dear William,

You get what you pay for. I wonder, how much continuing education uncle Charlie atttends on a monthly or maybe even yearly basis. There is a good chance he has not had any since he bought his house back in 1983.

Oh yes, Uncle Charlie. I know him well! The other day one of my sellers told me that her neighbor, we'll just call him Uncle Charlie, said that she should change listing agents because I was not showing the house regularly. In the meantime, I had the house under contract and now it's sold and closed. Thanks for trying to get me fired, Uncle Charlie. I know what real estate expert you are sitting in your living room and watching the house that is for sale next door all day long. 🤦‍♂️
